Day 15 - 31 Days of Prayer
Day 15 Virtue – Moral Excellence A Prayer of Dedication
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
To the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ: Father, we dedicate our hearts and minds this day to be people of virtue, people of moral excellence.
Father, we dedicate ourselves to be a people, citizens of the United States of America, that demands virtue – moral excellence from ourselves. That means that we will act in ways pleasing to You in both our private and civic lives, for you called us to be virtuous people.
We dedicate ourselves to be a people that love our own spouse, takes good care of our children, loves our neighbors, cares for our loved ones, honors our parents, and respects our leaders and other authority figures in our lives.
We return to the respect and pursuit of virtue in our private and civic lives, for you called us to be virtuous people, people of moral excellence, fearing you and honoring one another.
