Smith Wigglesworth said, "There is something about believing God that will cause Him to pass over a million people to get to you."
When you pray, you can get exactly what you ask for. Many people don't realize that and they just pray as a form of piety, and hope that they get a little of what they've requested from God.
The Bible does not say to hope when you pray. It says, "... whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. (Mark 11:24 NKJV)
When you believe you receive, then you can go to bed and sleep peacefully. When you wake up, you can just praise the Lord for answering your prayer. If you don't see it, don't worry and pray for it again. God heard you the first time. Be at peace and praise God for it until you see it. You can have peace and be assured that God has answered your prayer when you give attention to the following six things about prayer. They will be covered in detail in the coming days:
1. Pray to the Father in the Name of Jesus
2. Believe you Receive and Praise the Lord
3. Forgive When You Pray
4. Depend on The Holy Spirit in Prayer
5. Pray the Prayer of Intercession
6. Edify Yourself by Praying in the Holy Spirit
I hope you stay with us as we give a little clarity to each of these important things to remember about prayer. If you do, your prayer life will be changed for the better.
