28 Day Challenge - Day 21, Chase After God
Chase After God
Day 21 of the 28 Day Challenge tells us to race to our place. We can be so consumed with the business of running our lives in this day and age. We have to be at work on time and don’t want to disappoint our boss. We have to be at school on time and don’t want to disappoint our teacher or counselor. We have to be at our friend’s event on time, and don’t want to disappoint them. We chase after all these things partly to please someone else, or to make money, or to get an education. Our #1 quest should be to chase after God, not just to find out our ultimate assignment in this life, but each day and for each thing that we are scheduled to do. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly."
