I remember the day the US Airways Airbus A320 made the amazing crash landing in the Hudson River after taking off from New York's LaGuardia Airport. I was working in our office on 59th street in New York. After teaching a class, I was checking my mail and reading the news on my laptop at the office. I saw the news headline pop up. It was totally "unreal" to see this article and the rest of the night all the news around the world was focused on this landing of the aircraft where about 150 people lives were saved.
Was this an accident or just plain good luck? As a Christian, I don't believe in luck, I believe in God! So to me this was a true sign of God's goodness and mercy. It was only the day before at Pastor Crefllo Dollars Church service a few blocks away from the scene, that his World Changer's Ministries members prayed for the themselves, the city, the country and the nation. Prayer does change things!
We may not know what prayer God answered or who prayed for the lives of those on the plane, but it is obvious that there was divine intervention.

I believe in God and the power of prayer! So let's thank God for the lives that were saved that day and give God the praise for the miracle that took place that day. We can also give thanks for the times He has saved us and our love ones.
God is at work in our lives everyday and so many times we may not be aware of his saving grace. With only a week before the world celebrate Easter (Resurrection) Sunday. We can take time to thank God for delivering us from harms way.
